Yoga is one thing which can balance all and keep yourself healthy. Realizing the importance of immunity, IIS Deemed University’s Department of Physical Education is organizing a yoga workshop for students, faculty and their families, which started on Saturday. The aim of this ten-day online workshop is to increase immunity through yoga.
Workshop being held on Zoom and YouTube by Sunita Sharma as the yoga guide. The workshop began with the benefits of yoga in the coronary, in which Sunita explained how immunity can be enhanced and strengthened itself mentally through yoga. She then explained how to do Pranayama properly.
Everyone took part in this workshop with sincerity and interest. On the first day of this workshop, around 120 participant participated.
